The IPS series is the top model among the HECAS lifting systems.
This manipulators work on the basis of the so-called Inner Power Systems.
This principle is patented, and was honoured with the first prize at the International Inventions Fair in Geneva.
The power of the IPS range lies in making heavy and unmanageable loads easy to lift and move.
Where with cable hoists the product always looks for the centre of gravity, the IPS series has products fully under control at all times.

MLS-W serie
The MLS-W series is a luxury air balancer system.
The newly developed folding swivel arm is extremely versatile and flexible in use.
It can also be used in spaces where freedom of movement is limited.
One advantage is that because of the special bearing and the position of the lifting mechanism, the folding swivel arm
easily follows the movements of the operator. In combination with a HECAS gripper, this is a
completely integrated handling system that is simple and comfortable to operate.

MLS-C serie
The MLS-C series is among the most preferred air balancer systems on the market.
These HECAS folding swivel arm systems have the same properties as the MLS-W series.
The only difference is that they are fitted with a cylinder instead of a winder.
This combination is very attractively priced, if slightly less flexible.
In combination with a HECAS gripper, this is a
completely integrated handling system that is simple and comfortable to operate. |
Ergonomic operation
The HECAS lifting systems work in a highly ergonomic way and are very user-friendly.
Operation is very simple and safe.
The operator can operate the economic control box with a thumb to control each movement required with extreme precision.
A brake is integrated in the handle of the control box that automatically operates when released.
The lifting systems can be installed as a standing or a suspended design (attached to a fixed point or on a rail).
There is also a large variety of gripping mechanisms available: vacuum, magnetic or mechanically clamping in numerous designs.
This means each HECAS lifting aid can be made customer-specific for the product it must lift, position and move.
